We love coffee, and are happy to help you with any questions about coffee or our products you might have.
Where are your products located?
We are proud to say that all our products are here in Melbourne, Australia. This means that if you're lucky enough to live in Australia, you can expect a speedy delivery.
Who do you use for delivery?
Express packages are sent via Australia Post Express Post, and standard delivery is with Sendle. If you're close to Richmond, Victoria we may even hand deliver it ourselves!
How much does delivery cost?
Standard post is $9 and Express is $14, however if you order more than $49 then standard shipping is free and orders above $100 qualify for free Express post! Our shipping policy can be found at the following link
How long do deliveries take?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST are packaged and dispatched on the same day, this means if you've chosen express it should arrive within 1-2 days, or 2-5 days using standard. Delivery times may vary, if you need something urgently please reach out and we'd be happy to help.
Can you deliver overseas?
We sure can! There is a flat rate of AUD$20 for standard shipping internationally.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Who is your payment provider and why are they secure?
We use Shopify's inbuilt payment provider which is a Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of security available and ensures all your personal details are kept secure.
Do you offer returns?
